Yellowish brown, very fine-grained, clay-rich (cohesive) Sand mixed with weathered calcrete. No indicator minerals observed up to the end of hole.

Pale green to light brown weathered calcrete and Silcrete.

Pale green calcretised Silcrete (very hard) mixed with calcretised tabular shaped coarse grained Silcrete fragments.

Light greenish to grey, medium to coarse grained calcretised Silcrete fragments, with high clay content.

Greenish grey, medium to coarse grained calcretised Sandstone with tabular shaped (stalagmides and stalagtides like). Highly contaminated by the overlying Silcrete.

Pale greenish to grey, very fine-grained calcretised Sandstone (very hard).

Greenish brown, medium to coarse grained, moderately weathered igneous rock, characterised by calcite and metallic shiny platey minerals randomly oriented.- highly magnetic.(Dolerite or Basalt?)

Dark grey to black, very fresh and competent igneus rock with shiny metallic mineral and calcite. The magnetic susceptibility of the unit is very high.
